Permits and inspections
We are a registered General Contractor with the City of Dallas. Additions require permits and inspections, and we handle them, along with any requirements from your city if you live outside Dallas.
We can build from plans your architect has already drawn, or help coordinate the architect and engineer for you. When your neighborhood has an HOA or historic-district review, we prepare for it as part of the project.
Cost and timeline
Additions are priced from their own scope: size, foundation type, roof tie-in, exterior materials, plumbing (for a bathroom) and finishes. We provide a written, itemized estimate and a schedule.
