The State of Texas does not currently issue nor require a license for general contractors or remodelers. We are, however, registered as a general contractor and home repair business with the City of Dallas. In addition, the specialty trade contractors (such as plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians) that we use are all licensed. 

We carry general liability ($1M/$2M), workers compensation ($500k), and commercial auto ($1M) insurance. 

We have been in business since 2012.

Yes, we offer free written estimates for most projects, particularly smaller ones that don’t require extensive planning or detailed breakdowns. These estimates are provided as a courtesy to our clients, allowing them to have a clear understanding of the potential costs involved in their project. However, for larger and more complex projects that demand in-depth planning and meticulous assessment for accurate estimation, there may be a nominal fee associated with the process. This fee covers the time and expertise required to delve into the specifics of the project, considering various factors that could impact the final cost. The nature of the work being performed will determine if a permit is required. We will discuss permitting requirements with you during our initial consultation.

We accept checks, credit cards, and several forms of electronic payments such as ACH, Zelle, and Venmo. Please note that a 3.5% convenience fee will be added to all credit card payments.

Yes, we have partnerships with several financial institutions that specialize in home remodel loans. We will discuss financing options with you during our initial consultation.

Yes, we are EPA certified to conduct lead-based paint renovation, repair, and painting activities pursuant to 40 CFR Part 745.89. Certificate Number NAT-F233489-1.

Yes, we do offer referral incentives! If you refer a client to us, please make sure to let us know in advance. Referral fees are paid upon project completion.
