The State of Texas does not currently issue nor require a license for general contractors or remodelers. We are, however, registered as a general contractor and home repair business with the City of Dallas. In addition, the specialty trade contractors (such as plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians) that we use are all licensed.
We carry general liability ($1M/$2M), workers compensation ($500k), and commercial auto ($1M) insurance.

The nature of the work being performed will determine if a permit is required. We will discuss permitting requirements with you during our initial consultation.
We accept cash, checks, credit & debit cards, ACH, and Zelle. Please note that a 3.5% convenience fee will be added to all card payments.

Yes, we are EPA certified to conduct lead-based paint renovation, repair, and painting activities pursuant to 40 CFR Part 745.89. Certificate Number NAT-F233489-1.
