What areas do you service?
We service a 25-mile radius from Dallas, Texas.

Are you licensed and insured?
The State of Texas does not issue or require a statewide license for general contractors or roofing contractors. Claims of being “licensed” may refer to a local registration or a trade association certification, not a state-issued license.
We are registered as a general contractor and home repair business with the City of Dallas. All specialty trades we use (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) are properly licensed by the State of Texas.
We carry comprehensive insurance, including general liability, workers compensation, commercial auto, pollution liability, and umbrella coverage. Proof of registration, licenses, and insurance is available upon request.
How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 2012.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Estimates are free. We visit, look at the project with you and give you a written estimate at no cost. We also prepare estimates and supplements for insurance claims.
Will I need to get a permit?
The nature of the work being performed will determine if a permit is required. We will discuss permitting requirements with you during our initial consultation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, credit & debit cards, ACH, and Zelle. Please note that a 3% convenience fee will be added to all card payments.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we have partnerships with several financial institutions that specialize in home remodel loans. Please visit our Project Financing page for more information or to apply.
How will you ensure that my project runs smoothly?
Our goal is to ensure that your project is completed on time and within budget. We will assign a project manager to oversee your remodel, keeping you informed regarding its status every step of the way.
Are you EPA lead certified?
Yes, we are EPA certified to conduct lead-based paint renovation, repair, and painting activities pursuant to 40 CFR Part 745.89.
Do you offer a referral reward?
Yes! Refer a friend and earn up to $100 when they hire us. Just ask them to mention your name when they request an estimate.
Referral rewards vary by project size and are issued after the job is completed and paid in full.
