A tenant finish-out turns raw or previously used space into a space that works for the business moving in. Valencia Remodeling & Construction builds out and customizes commercial spaces for owners, landlords and tenants across Dallas-Fort Worth.
What we build
Framing and drywall for new offices and rooms, ceilings and flooring, doors and hardware, paint and finishes. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC work is done by trades licensed by the State of Texas.
Working to your lease date
Finish-outs usually have a hard deadline. We plan the schedule around your move-in date and keep both landlord and tenant informed.
Permits
We are a registered General Contractor with the City of Dallas and handle permits and inspections for the work. We work from your architect's plans or provide design-build, and take on finish-outs of any size.
