What a make-ready includes
Each turnover is scoped to the unit: repairs and punch-list items, paint and touch-up, flooring repair or replacement, appliance installation or replacement, rekeying or new locks (including smart locks), trash-out and haul-off, and move-in or move-out cleaning.
